Responsibilities: Sets the overall legal strategy of WARF and provides strategic legal advice and counsel. Directs and manages WARF’s legal affairs in support of its mission. Ensures that WARF’s corporate governance complies with relevant laws and regulations, in partnership with the CEO, CFO and Board of Trustees. Coordinates the use of legal resources to ensure high quality and consistent representation on a wide variety of matters critical to WARF’s interests and strategies. Oversees WARF’s HR department.
