Responsibilities: Oversees the human resources department and strategically aligns HR programs including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits to ensure organizational success. Advises and coaches employees on best practices and recommends human resources initiatives to align with WARF’s values of innovation, teamwork and accountability.
