Responsibilities: Works with the Intellectual Property Managers, Associates and Coordinators to maintain compliance with the Bayh-Dole Act. Maintains records and reports within the database to enable timely payment of annuities and maintenance fees, as well as prosecution of patent, trademark and copyright matters, both foreign and domestic.
