Responsibilities: Executes, enhances and communicates group benefits programs. Processes and administers payroll. Coordinates processes for effective and efficient data and reporting collection related to employee employment, performance and total rewards. Conducts new employee orientation for payroll and benefits. Assists with comprehensive personnel policies and employee handbooks.
