February 12 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Lisa M. Coussens is a professor and the chairwoman of cell, developmental & cancer biology and the deputy director for basic & translational research at the Knight Cancer Institute at Oregon Health & Science University. Her lab focuses on the role of immune cells and their mediators as critical regulators of cancer development. They are interested in understanding the molecular and cellular mechanisms that regulate leukocyte recruitment into neoplastic tissue, and the subsequent regulation those leukocytes exert on evolving cancer cells.

This Drug Discovery Series seminar is sponsored by the McArdle Laboratory for Cancer Research and WARF Therapeutics.

The event will also be livestreamed on Zoom (Passcode: 872480).
