MadPrompts isn’t just an event; it’s a mesmerizing game show-style competition where talented contestants race against the clock to craft captivating images inspired by a mysterious meta prompt. The fusion of art and technology promises to be nothing short of extraordinary.

Apply by Sept. 15 to be considered for the live prompt battle. Applicants for the live competition must be current employees or students of UW-Madison.
New this year: We’re introducing an AI-generated video competition open to applicants from UW-Madison and the greater Madison area. Apply by Sept. 8 for the opportunity to join the video competition.
