MADISON, Wis. – As part of the Discovery Building’s mission to connect visitors with creativity, space is now available for campus and community members to display their artwork or exhibits. The deadline to submit an application for the next round is April 30, 2017.
Space is available in the building’s first floor atrium, known as the Town Center. The Town Center is free and open to the public and can accommodate a wide range of 2-D and 3-D exhibitions.
The Town Center will support two periods of display with separate submission deadlines:
- First round: June – November 30; submission deadline: April 30; notification by May 15
- Second round: December – May; submission deadline: October 2; notification by October 13

The Town Center is currently featuring an installation by Peter Krsko, a bioinspired artist exploring the boundaries between flexible cells in space. The exhibit runs through May 8, 2017.
